C-GRAPHIC/TAIPEI after work: NOKE tickets, free admission and last entry
You do not have to wait for the weekend to see an exhibition. C-GRAPHIC/TAIPEI runs at NOKE in Dazhi through November 9. Check last entry separately from closing time, then confirm whether you qualify for student, member or other free admission. For time to read the work, visit before dinner rather than treating the final half-hour as a full visit.

Can you go this evening? Check last entry, not just closing time
This exhibition suits anyone interested in typography, posters and visual design, or looking for a different kind of after-work outing. It runs from October 8 to November 9, 2026, at Uncanny, 3F, NOKE, not the Jut Art Museum. NOKE exhibition announcement
- Sunday–Thursday: 11:00–21:30; last ticket sales and entry at 21:00.
- Friday–Saturday: 11:00–22:00; last ticket sales and entry at 21:30.
All times are Taipei local time. November 1 is a Sunday, so you need to complete entry before 21:00; arriving at the mall before 21:30 is not enough. Official exhibition hours
Our suggestion: aim to reach the exhibition around 19:30–20:00 on a weekday, leaving roughly one and a half to two hours of flexibility in your evening. This is a planning buffer, not an official recommended visit length. If you expect to arrive close to last entry, choose a day when you can finish work earlier rather than rush through. Friday's extra half-hour does not necessarily mean fewer visitors.
NT$100 tickets and free admission: check which applies to you
Standard admission costs NT$100, with tickets sold only on site at Uncanny. If you do not qualify for free entry and do not want to register as a member, use this amount for your ticket budget; food and transport are extra. NOKE ticket information
Common free-admission options include:
- NOKE members: registering or signing in gives you two complimentary admission vouchers. Check your account for the vouchers before leaving; membership alone does not mean you have them ready.
- Students: Monday–Friday only. Bring an original, valid student ID with a registration stamp, or valid proof of enrollment for the current term. Student status alone does not qualify you for this offer on a Sunday.
- Selected arts-event ticket stubs: paper or electronic ticket stubs for “藤本壯介建築展:原初.未來.森” (the Sou Fujimoto architecture exhibition) or “2026 秋天藝術節” (the 2026 autumn arts festival) may qualify for free admission under the announced conditions.
Proof of eligibility is still checked on site. The announcement does not fully explain whether membership vouchers can be transferred or reused; ask the venue rather than assuming “two vouchers” means unlimited visits. For other eligible groups and partner offers, check the complete official list. Having a voucher does not guarantee immediate entry.
Which option should you choose? Students who can visit on a weekday can simply bring the required proof. For a weekend visit, check your membership vouchers or other eligibility first. If you would rather avoid registration and documentation, budget for a standard ticket. Free admission saves the ticket price, not the time needed for checks or queues.
Can you enjoy it without a design background? Bring three questions
According to NOKE, the Taipei edition brings together 15 designers and teams, expanding from 10 at the first exhibition in Kyoto. Official participant introduction The work covers posters, book design, brand identity and moving images; GQ also suggests typography, layout and color as ways into the exhibition. GQ exhibition introduction
You do not need to memorize the participants first. Pick two works that make you stop, then ask:
1. What do I notice first? The lettering, the color or the image? Look again at how the design guides the order in which you read it.
2. What would a different typeface change? Notice how size, spacing and position change the tone of the same words.
3. How does it relate to the Taipei I see every day? Compare the work with familiar street graphics, without rushing to find a correct answer.
This is our suggested way of looking, not a promise of guided tours or interactive facilities. If you are expecting large play installations, activity challenges or a full family program, read the exhibition introduction before deciding. Being inside a mall does not mean an exhibition will suit everyone in your group.
Getting there by MRT: allow time to reach the third floor
The address is No. 200, Lequn 3rd Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei. The venue recommends taking the Wenhu Line to Jiannan Rd. Station; the mall is about a three-minute walk from Exit 3. This is not the total travel time to the third-floor exhibition: allow for crossing the road, going upstairs and ticket checks. NOKE access information
If you need an elevator, note that Taipei Metro lists street-level exit elevators at Exits 1 and 2. Exit 3 has stairs and escalators, so the walking estimate above may not apply to your route. Check the official Jiannan Rd. Station facilities and allow time for the route you need.
If you also plan to eat in the mall, we suggest seeing the exhibition first, then choosing a restaurant according to its actual service hours. Do not assume every kitchen takes orders until the mall closes. Venue opening information
Frequently asked questions
Do students also get free entry on Sunday evenings?
Not under the student offer, which applies Monday–Friday only. Check whether you have a membership admission voucher or qualify under another category; otherwise, budget for a standard ticket. Official admission rules
Is it worth entering for just the final half-hour?
That may work for a brief visit if you are already nearby. If you are making a special trip or want to read the works and discuss them with someone, choose an earlier time. Last entry is a deadline, not a recommended arrival time.
Check the official announcement and your proof of free-admission eligibility again before leaving. Sorting out your arrival time, tickets and transport lets you spend the evening looking at the work rather than rushing through the entrance formalities.
